The 15th Annual Meadow Highland Games and Celtic Festival (formerly the Richmond Highland Games and Celtic Festival) will take place October 24-25, 2009, in Caroline County. These two days of “Music. Food. Large Men Throwing Stuff.”will include the following competitions:
- Harp Competition
- Heavy Athletics Competition
- Highland Dance Competition
- Piping & Drumming Competition
- Scottish & Irish Fiddle Competition
Additionally, visitors can look forward to fantastic shopping and great music for the whole 2 days. Festivities will take place 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday (10/24) and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday (10/25). Advance tickets are available and ready for order.
