No matter how old you are you’re never to old for the zoo. It’s also a cheaper way to enjoy the summer with the family. The Metro Richmond Zoo houses many animals from giraffes, penguins, and Kangaroos! There are also rides at the zoo including the Safari Sky Ride which is a 15 minute ride above the zoo so you can rest your feet from a long day of walking. There’s no roller coasters, but it’s much cheaper than an amusement park plus parking is free!
Admission is $10.75 for adults, $9.75 for seniors, children (2-11) get in for $8.75, and children under 2 are free.
